Hemant Kapadne – Secretary

As a seasoned IT professional and REALTOR, Hemant Kapadne brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the Mountain House community. Residing here for nearly two decades, his family is among the pioneering Marathi families that have contributed to the area’s dynamic growth and development.

Together with his wife, Hemant has been instrumental in enriching the local cultural landscape, dedicating countless hours to organizing and participating in community events. As the father of two daughters, he is passionately committed to nurturing a community where future generations can flourish.

Stepping into the role of Secretary (Governance) for CVMM, Hemant is honored to leverage his expertise and dedication to further enhance the welfare and progress of our community.

Sachin Korde – Treasurer

Sachin Korde, resdient at Wickuland, Mountain house. I have been actively participating in CVMM activities since moving to Mountain House in 2010. I will be managing the CVMM’s budget and financial activity. My main objectives will be financial transparency, ensuring proper financial control, and timely reporting.

Aditi Mahajan – Fundraiser

As a dedicated resident of Mountain House since 2015, Aditi Manajan has been involved in the CVMM activities, like Gudi Padwa and Diwali events. Her commitment to promoting Marathi culture extended to teaching Marathi at the CVMM events. Her dedication to fostering Marathi culture is shown from her role as the first shala teacher at the Marathi Shala in 2017, where she taught for a year. In her role as a CVMM board member focusing on fundraising, Aditi is committed to collaborating with fellow board members and the Maharashtrian community to secure funds essential for CVMM’s growth and success.

Sonali Thatte – Advocacy and Ambassadorship

Sonali Thatte, has been a resident of Tracy for the past 22 years and excels in her profession as a Realtor since 2005 and involved in CVMM since 2015. As a dedicated CVMM board member focusing on Advocacy and Ambassadorship, she is committed to serving and uplifting the community. Her educational background and professional expertise, combined with her passion for community service, significantly contribute to her role in fostering a vibrant and united Marathi community.

Neeta Shinde – Committee Chair

Mrs. Neeta Shinde, a distinguished board member of the CVMM organization, is a dedicated educator and successful woman entrepreneur. Having lived in Mountain House since 2014, she has spent over a decade helping to her community with her services. Her dedication to fostering Marathi culture is evident from her role as the first shala teacher at the Marathi Shala in 2017, where she taught for a year. Additionally, for many years, she has played a key role in organizing Diwali and various other cultural events, further enriching the community’s cultural landscape.

Swapnali Chutke – Director

Swapnali Chutke, an HR and Legal Immigration specialist by profession, has called Mountain House her home for the past decade. Her involvement with the CVMM has been longstanding, and she recently assumed the role of an Active Board member. Swapnali’s aim in joining CVMM is to promote Marathi culture and actively contribute meaningfully to the community.
